• The principle of the system basically consists of writing the felt width value (mm) affected by each dosing pump and the consumption amount (gr/m²) on the operator panel. The primer flow continues automatically and the consumption amount remains the same even if the lamination speed changes. Thus, operator errors are eliminated and working ergonomics are also achieved.
• Thanks to this system, at least 30% savings are achieved by preventing the application of more primer than the profile surface needs.
• Since the use of more primer than necessary is prevented, the amount of primer gas in the environment is reduced and working conditions are improved.
• Application accuracy is ±10%.
• Software function that periodically activates the pumps during the intervals when the lamination process is not continuing, ensuring that the felts remain wet and preserving the vitality of the pump outputs.
